1.DHA Rahbar is a very good short term investment but for next week only .

DHA Multan is bound to rise till 19th July last day for transfers .It is highly highly likely it will cross 63 even because today when I was in Karachi and taking flight to Lahore about 70
files I knew a dealer locked.Property hike or Satta is carried out Karachites not Lahore or Islamabad.These people create hike and hype in
Gwadar, Bahria Karachi and even
DHA Peshawar has a large clientele from Karachi .
3.Thirdly guys who love to play files will not have much options now ,so
DHA Gujranwala will also reach 55 by year end Secondly abrupt inflation will ensure people cover their losses from property.
4.Now on or say after DHA Multan ballot Prism will rise as it has been stagnant .Best deals are 5 marla plots good locations in K and R Blocks , also Kansl plots good locations in A Block.Prism overall will gain 15 %
5.Lastly the project I love is DHA Peshawar ,it will rise above 175 for good location plots till Jan or Feb 2020
6.Also keep an eye on
DHA Quetta it is a very very good investment but from 2020 June onwards
