How serious is DHA Multan management in development works can be seen from the picture. Sector A was started few months back, dirt roads are almost pulled and you can see the lower half of the picture camera is zoomed in, drainage work in progress. Obviously it is a big project but with this pace it will definitely catch up prism.

Dear thelma yes you can just submitt pay order. Write phase block and then plot no. Sent it on dha address at phase 6 in name of accounts department payment of installment and send it through tcs. I have done it many times from gujranwala.

Dear Alvi, the construction cost of average home is around 2000 Rupees per square foot, covered area in 10 marla two storeys should at least be 3300 sq. feet, so construction cost should be around 6 million if you are careful. Good 10 marla plot in T block ready for construction should cost around 8 million, so total budget should be around 14 million, you could probably make a few compromises on construction quality and plot location and save may be 1 million, still minimum 13 million. So yes if you can sell your plots for that kind of money, it is doable. Problem might be finding buyers that are virtually non existent at the moment. Good luck.
