I invested in 2 files of DHA Bahawalpur and 1 file of DHA Gujranwala At your advice
Now around 10 month passed I’m anxiously waiting for some dramatic changes in these one so that at least I can sale one
But upto now still I’m in lose
Anyone can guide abt the near future

DHA Gujranwala is very long term project because the main problem is difficulties in land equiring there are still many pockets which is causing delay in project so that no body can predict it's time to deliver at least for next 1 year. DHA Gujranwala files prices gradually coming down now.

DHA Bahawalpur is going on right track by it's on ground developments. The prices of DHA Bahawalpur files were fluctuating due to uncertainty in Real estate market but now it's moving upward direction so it could be a good jump with the ballot of DHA Multan and after it further growth on DHA Bahawalpur cash files Ballot. The development work is going on fastly on its Main Entrance and Gates etc. .

DHA Gujranwala had almost acquired 90% Land, now just few hundreds acres are left to aquire. It's launching is expected in next year, so you will see good price appreciation in them, mostly in 10-Marla file. On another side, development is ongoing at a very fast rate, DHA Bhawalpur will also be at good price in next year. Just wait for few more months.
