Housing Market

Can CMY or other knowledgeable people please shed light on the current situation of housing market. How is the demand these days and for what size houses. If a society wise update can be given this will be helpful.

CMY mentions that there is a recession these days, is this also applicable to the housing sector? Various newspaper articles say that demand levels are very high and supply still is quite short, elaborate reply will be appreciated.

Will the possession blocks in 9 prism see quicker building activity compared to dha 9 town and phase 7 ????!

Or will it also take forever to have decent number of houses there after possession of upper blocks .....


Experts please shed some light on that too !!!!!

Prism will populate quickly compared to phase-7 and 9 town.

But still its DHA and number of houses increase slowly relative to cheap localities.

You have shown much of us the importance of pace of land called "PRISM"
Many people on this forum have many times under estimated "PRISM" with their narrow minded thinking but reality cannot be changed & now its time to face this reality.
Al Hamdulliah by the grace ALLAH this reality is come into existance within just a year & half period of his development phase.
I must add another statement to my perious statement that PRISM 9 is not only future of
DHA Lahore but it will left behind all other phases of DHA Lahore due to its strong Location.

Not recommended for home construction because it is also near to hudiara drain, grid station and boundary wall.

Cpm builders in FF dha phase 4 ( ch Ashfaq ) is very nice guy who helped my brother

DHA investments ki ek khas baat yeh hai k kuch projects DHA Prism,
DHA Multan jesy bhi hote hain jin ki prices 🚀 ki trah oopar aati hai DHA Bahawalpur bhi esa hi Project hai bas kuch wait karne ki zarurat hai :-)
