DHA Multan OWN GOING DOWN

Good to see DHA multan own going down and down as genuine buyers are disappearing from the market.....It is destined to come further down. I have heard that there are 27,000 plots in the market instead of previously claimed 9,800 plots. This is making the supply of installment plots quite abundant and eventually it will make DHA Multan so big to tackle that installment plots may not be ready for construction even in a decade.

This will discourage the short term who wanted to make quick bucks by connving with the DHA Multan admin and fixed the balloting results.

Plots are so much in numbers that it will continue falling down ...moreover, even if it starts going up, how much it can go up? Already 5marla is 35 lac (20+Own+10dc)..only because it is instalment does not mean it is in profit ....one would rather buy in Lahore for this 35 lac where rate of return is significantly high due to mega projects and increasing demands....even rental yield in Lahore is double than that of multan

There is a big vacant plot in front of N block and the rumour is that a hypermart like Carrefour will be built there which will make it even more liveable and the value of the property will appreciate

DHA reserved area, May be a Mega Commercial, In Map such an area is that when at the time of making map this area was not taken by DHA or take over was in Process.
Now Looks it is taken It is Big area an Can be used for a Plaza of 5 Star Hotel etc. There is No Harm in Buying a Plot Close to that as Exit for sure will be on Main road

People are forgetting J Block Upper Cutting I tell You when LRR Nice Interchange Made and Possession given in this Block and Houses made next to next ,Price will easily reach 80 to 100. At that time in Lower Cutting of Prism where possession will not be there weak Kanal locations will be just 1.3 to 1.4 X of this Price,
If you don't believe Compare Phase 6 A Block 10 Merla Price with Phase 7 Z Block. This Fact was Told by some well wisher but I Could not buy these plots when price was 25 Lac.
DHA Town will gain in 3 years based upon New Houses in that area as all Possession is Given It is Tension free and One can exit any time.
Both One and three have minimal chance of Loss

and if you can manage to cope with fluctuations, surprises, delays, invest in DHA Files, despite fluctuation good jumps will keep coming on each leap

Aziz bhai try to find good location plot in "A" block PRISM. If you have budget still available price is good to go for 3 to 4 years investment. You can also look into P,Q,D,C,G,F,H good locations in PRISM as well. But hopefully A,B,C has an edge of underpass comming from phase 5.
"In shaa ALLAH" expectations of good PRISM boost is expected near Eid as well. According to my sources dealers are again active for buying in PRISM.
Tip: Try to buy on GOOD Location. Its your hard earned money try your level best to think hard & Invest in good projects.
