DHA Prism Buying

I want to switch to prism 1-kanal. budget is one crore. Experts please advice which blocks have more potential in coming two years... is it Block H, K, F ??

A lot of knowledgeable persons are contributors of this site. Mr. SubCon has put very convincing comments for commercial investments in future regarding on line shopping. Still commercial is sought investment. My view is that there must be one ratio or multiplying factor between commercial and residential which is KPI (key performance indicator). Say 5. If commercial is available less than 5 times residential. It must be bought. If it is available more than that then residential should be bought. Comments from all gurus specially Subcon, Shah, Ahmet Kildier, Jameel Moghal, Habib, Yahya are requested.

Dear guys. I want to ask a question as overseas pakistani. People like me are sending remittances from abroad and when we are doing transaction in pakistan, we have to give withholding tax against this money. This money is tax exempted or withholding tax is applicable on remittances. I dont know the current policy .if someone can answer this question i will be really thankful to him

Beacon House is a medium size society and it is located nearest to Ada Plot on canal.

Society has big size commercial area at reasonable price.

My question on which I need clarity that what will be its sailing price in coming 6 months. Presently plots of 1 kanal near 51 A on main 70 feet road at nice location are almost toucing 9 to 10 Million.
