Beacon House is a medium size society and it is located nearest to Ada Plot on canal.

Society has big size commercial area at reasonable price.

My question on which I need clarity that what will be its sailing price in coming 6 months. Presently plots of 1 kanal near 51 A on main 70 feet road at nice location are almost toucing 9 to 10 Million.

Please comment it's future n furthermore, choice to construct home at beacon house or invest I dha phase 7 for home in future.

Regarding the choice to construct home, please go with your heart than pundits on this forum. See where do you want to grow old with your family - which place your kids like more ... DHA is not the emblem of living for everyone. My father lived there from 86 - 96, but got sick of the stuck up neighbors, new money, black money and moved out

Decide where you want to live with your family in the future, near to the school/college/university/hospital/work.

Or you want the prestige of DHA name. It all depends on your circumstances, since you want to build a house.

It is very hard to set a goal for a upward trend in file while i must say to exit must set a goal in your mind & after achieving it take name of ALLAH & go for it. This is what i did one year back in phase 9 file 5 marla. Although experience counts a lot as well.May be at time i gain a lot more. But think think think its your money & its your decission.

It seems that CH Taj, who claims to be a decent man, received repeated kicks from service shoes of someone, which brought him to a point where he now only understands the language of service shoes. I doubt, he would disclose his home address for fears of receiving same kicks from those who take his investment advise serious.

This trend is also seen near the ballotting prices go up and stay there for sometime .

DHA multan is still little hazy in terms of future !! However as per thus forum experts it looks like it will go higher .

It is up to you, which one to opt for. Need not to give a second thought if can easily spare money to buy on cash. If for some reason dont' want to opt for cash, wait for installment plots which may or may not be launched.

I am from gujranwala cantt. Dha guj is very near to us. I don't recommend you to make investment in it as its location is not good plus investers are preferring other societies here. Plus, Cantt overshadows dha so people prefer cantt instead of dha

I talked with people in dha gujranwala and they are saying balloting is expected in January 2017 for sure. They already have acquired around 1800 acres and only need few hundred more to start the phase 1.
I personally visited the place...and location is very attractive

Ahmad I have invested personality my hard earned money in Multan DHA. I am not dealer or even I don't live in Pakistan. According to my source and homework Multan has got lot of potential to come. The rise having at the moment is nothing to none As there will be big news which is still yet to come. Invest in this project and Inshallah you will get the results according to your desire, means you can sell it after gaining small profit or you can keep this as investment for atleast 3 years till its completion then obviously the results would be more higher and higher. This Multan investment has got last stop which would be around up to 2 crores for 1 kanal in long term. I personally have visited Wapda Town in Multan and standard in my eyes were nothing near to defence as I have seen in Lahore Defence. Defence either its in Lahore karachi or where ever in Pakistan has got different standards then the normal societies. So my advice would be its not to late book yourself for this money making train. Rest Allah knows the best

KB your views are very clear and logical, despite of that I don't have any investment in Dha multan but it is one of the best investment at the moment and in long term DHA lhr 5 marla can't compete with dha multan 1 kanal. I m not saying Dha lhr is bad investment Dha Lahore has no comparison but again 5 marla is only 5 marla.

i am totally agreed with KB20 regarding wapda town its nothing but before people were having only one best option that was wapda town location wise and dev wise but when DHA will come with its state of the art dev it will make diff.

More over the rates in multan might be slow growing but reaches max if u see wapda town 10 marla plots reached 10 million so be ready to gain from DHA
