Lahore Ring Road (SL-2) is passing through Audit and Accounts Cooperative Housing Society, Phase-2.

The prices are still very low, but can we expect plot prices to increase in this Society due to Ring Road?

What is the scope of investment in this Society?

It is also gaining price as others but I tell You the experience of Phase 1 which is Next To Valencia, regarding water supply once they opened the pipes there was so much leakage that it was impossible to Fix and Many houses had to opt for Boring themselves.
Regarding Electric supply they did not have good lines and were feeing full society by one feeder with consequent drop of Voltage. This is story of 2007 and 2010 I am not sure is there any improvement as I see Many Houses there and Price is Good there.

It is a badly managed society and will not see big gains. I think that it will just follow the market trend slowly but no big jumps expected. You get what you pay for.

Kabooter, Yes you are absolutely right that "you get what you paid for", but my concern is return on investment, that is the profitability rate on investment.

Since the price is cheap, we can get better percentage of profit in year's time, given the fact that the new flyover has opened, and Lahore Ring Road will also be passing through Audit and Accounts, Phase 2.

Any thoughts on that?

In last 4 months these plots have gained about 35 to 40%, In early Tan One Plot in 2nd Line from top mid way in the Block was 25 Lac, I missed that as dealer was not showing Fluctuation at all, In early Feb I Bought one in 25.50 Mid way in Block in 4th Line.
I am Looking for another in same location As there is Limited supply in these areas so People are asking 35 to 36

Alternate road is going along Fazaia H & K blocks with best approach from both Adda Plot as well A block side old entrance.

LRR would be crossing A & E blocks with interchange close to old entrance.

My guess is that due to ease of access, H & K block prices would soon cross other blocks and these could be the best / prime gainers of Fazaia in near future.

Alternate Raiwind Road cut it into two and prices rose to more than 60%. LRR will give extremely VIP access to Fazaia. It will be second EME dha with approach better than EME

Don't buy anything in PAK Arab under developed area , F2 and golf lane is not approved project by LDA.even they don't have possession of land shown in their Maps.
Be careful to invest in these Projects.
