Yasir sb. I have visited this colony few weeks back but i very surprised & feel very sorry to see their issues as follows:
1. Basic need Water is not present in this Colony people are using boring water.
2. All roads are broken.
3. There is no gated community. One broken gate is on entry.
4. There is an Industrial area located all around this society & people who are using boring water even for there sanitation needs are harmfull for them & for their kids.
5. There is no Ring road near to this scheme although there is a very small bazar located between ferozpur road & Shahdab Colony.
6. There no market situated for grocery needs of residents & residents go outside to fullfill there grocery needs.
7. No boundrywall for colony
8. No maintence of parks it looks like worst nightmare.
Yasir bhai It is much better that you go for another good atleast gated community like pak Arab or Central park if your budget is less.

@ Yasir sb. Kindly avoid to make house in Shahdab Colony as there are so many issues which already discussed by Irfan sb. No need to write down again. I must say society has to improves a lot. Mean while other societies like Central park & Pak Arab will groom more.

I went inside DHA rhabar for the first time. With DHA name tag on it, I was shocked to find 30 feet streets in all 10 marla blocks there. Anyone buying to build his 10 marla house should consider this factor, which would result in a lot of congestion in these blocks in coming 5-10 years. Road infrastructure of IEP was better than Rahbar that was very disheartening for me.

Yes you are right, but there are 40ft roads in 1k plot blocks. Most of people buy in rahbar for investment only. It will take some time for these plot to end up in enduser`s hands. EME is older than rahbar, only problem with it is the fact that a road patch is missing that was supposed to connect it with khayaban e jinnah/johar town via valencia, otherwise it is still affordable and will enjoy all the benefits of defence road widening and LRR.

Fazaia 1 is best, right at LRR interchange.All 45 ft roads. IEP has smaller plots 18 Marla and 9 Marla sold at price of Kanal and 10 Marla. Do check as many plots are mortgaged in IEP

Thanks God there is someone talking about Public Health Engineering Society, I have one 10Marla plot but dealers say all 10marla plots are 9 marla and moreover most of 10/9marla plots land is plugged or detained with LDA.This society is like a knife in the heart of LDA AV1.Please confirm the status of this land , can we do construction of our own house on our plots.

According to my Info. These problems were long solved with LDA. Moreover this littigation problem was only in C block. I have also one Plot in this Society. Your comment pls.

Last week we chk with LDA office as per them C block is under mortgagge with LDA. I believe LITTIGATION is some thing like land not acqired properly from the owner ETC. Local agents are offerring 25/30lacs for 10/9 marla plots.I bought this plot since the biggenning in 1986/87 since then no dev in this block.
