Process to pay PRISM development charges

May anyone kindly share the steps to pay the PRISM development charges. I have few questions how to pay them like in cash or cheque or pay order. Is there any specific branch where to pay these or at their office (and which one) etc......

Can anyone else pay them on your behalf and how?

What do the representative need to know before paying them.

I live in lahore and don't have time to wonder around to find the way to make the payment. That's why asking if someone has already went through that process and give us a favor to share its details.

I'm comparing RAIWIND societies near Adda Plot with DHA phase 6 n phase 7.

I have discussed with many people including property dealers in phone regarding the future scope.

Almost all people are agreed upon more appreciation on RAIWIND road like fazaia; awt2; beacon house n suigas2.

What are expert opinion; will RAIWIND societies will beat dha new phase 6n7 ?

Dear Seniors

I have a general question which is not related with to a specific scheme. I had an understanding that when DHA buys the land for its Scheme from a landlord, it issues the residential files (1 Kanal against 4 Kanal) which he can either sales in open market or convert into allocation file after membership to DHA.

If some DHA Project buys the land from land owners at the rate of (1 Kanal per acre=8 kanal) as mentioned at its website. Is this normal ethically and legally ?
