Hello,

I have a plot in DHA 6 and some cash in hand.
After selling the plot the total capital value will be around 190 lax.
i was following Parkview and Ivy green but now these are way high from my budget . And the jumps were un expected in such a short period of time. I still cudnt understand the reason of these jumps.

Anyhow, Please suggest me something our of the following.

1): Sell the plot in DHA 6 and buy in DHA 8 ?
2): Sell the plot in DHA 6 and buy 1+1 kanal in Ivy green.
3): Don’t sell DHA 6 and buy another 5 marla in Ivy green or prism ? or buy 10 marla in Bahria?

I visited Phase 6, 7, 8 (Parkview and Proper DHA phase 8)...

I have to say that these three phase 8s, air, parkview and dha are very much similar. They open on ring road and have a main blvd that goes straight down into minor divisional roads.

DHA Phase 8 does however connect to phase 6. DHA parkview phase 8 connects to Barki road.

After visiting all these phases I genuinely think that phase 7 is a really good location to build and/or buy a plot right now. The phases where possession has not been given is good for investment purposes. Frankly speaking I did not like phase 8s at all and do not understand why theres such a big price difference :S ... Phase 7 is much bigger, cleaner and does not have three separate entrances...

There was a time when everyone sold their phase 7 plots because they thought it was a bad investment. My own friend's father sold 4 different 1 kanal plots because there were some rumours of phase 7 not doing so well. today the prices have gone crazy at phase 7...

what do you guys think? I am planning on selling one of my 2 kanal plots to buy 3 plots in phase 7 for investment purposes. is that a good idea?

I am looking to buy res plot to construct house in phase 5 dha only within 6 months but for buying plot my budget is 16000000 and only i can get plot in good location phase 5 M block
Kindly give me good advice as I go for it as price is very attractive as compared to other blocks of phase 5 might after sometime i cant able to buy plot in M block as well as possesion will be announce before june 2016
The location is also very good after it connect with underpass with main phase 5
