Akmal, where did you get this news? There seems to be a big patch of flat land in X block 2 kanal cutting. There have been speculations about what DHA would do with this land.

One of my dealer friend told me about this & it's not related to big empty patch in X-block. He was referring to empty land between phase-7 and BRB canal as DHA doesnt want to leave that area as it is coz of security concerns. In other words, the area where phase-7 ends at lower cutting. Pls share if anybody else has any info about it.

I would strongly recommend to invest in Phase 7 commercial due to all other commercials in other phases are now starting from 250 Lacs, now only this investment has some juice left (Expecting jump of 50Lacs).

9-Ext is file and prism is plot. Main disadvantage of file is that it is over priced these days and its advantage is that it be a good buy after 2 years.

File will be converted to plot after few years when there will be ballot. So if you win a bad location plot in ballot against your file number, it will be later difficult for you to sale it, and its price will not increase for years. Your money may get stuck. This is the disadvantage of buying a file.

Couple of months ago, I was contemplating buying phase 7 commercial while when it was in mid 160s. That's one big regret now. If I were you, I would hold the file without a doubt!

In some of the previous discussions the point highlighted about phase 7 commercial was that no body knows the exact location of these plots but are likely to be near the canal and hence no body will prefer to go to that point all the way from R, P, and W blocks hence not worth the price.
Since then nothing have changed yet the price is increasing on almost daily basis without solid reasons indicating one needs to be careful.
