A Moral / Ethical Issue

I want to point out an ethical issue in property business. Property is a commodity and a need of the people. When a rich man buys a lot of 5 marla plots and hoards it for a few years till the prices rise due to shortage, the poor who need a roof over their head suffer.



It can be seen that price of smaller plots are higher (price/marla) in the initial phases of development but become much lower when most houses have been built there and investors leave the area and attack another new society.



Rich investors should never invest in 5 marla and even 10 marla plots in middle range societies. Invest in 1 kanal and above where only rich men play and the poor dont suffer.

How to search for LRE rate updates from past

I have been trying to search for LRE rate updates from last year just to do comparison of how the prices have changed for different areas over a period of time. But the search function doesn't work for me if I want to search for rate updates on a given date in the past like e.g. 'LRE rate updates November 15, 2015' doesn't return anything.

CMY saab or any other expert on this forum, do you guys know how to perform this type of search on this forum? I think it will be really handy if CMY saab can design the site in a way that these rate updates can be easily accessed for any given date in the past, as this will be a really handy tool to understand the past trends and help in making a better decision for future investments.

All friends are informed due to joints pain I have been very slow or non responsive to SMS emails or LRE WhatsApp groups and direct messages answering. I am deeply sorry for that. I am not ignorant. Only not in good health to answer like I use to to do when I was healthy.

My condition gets worst with weather sudden weather changes so I am suffering these days. On most days after heavy pain killers I have no energy left to do any thing at all most of the day :(
