Khyaban Amin, why it is not discussed here on this forum. We have seen raiwind road, deffence road and alternate raiwind road effect on all societies of defence road, raiwind road and even on Jati Umrah road. Why Khyabaan e Amin is still under priced. Isn't it worth investing there for a short time?

I bought a 10-marla plot in NFC-2 in K-Block in 2014 @Rs.1.7 million. My dealer is advising me to immediately dispose it off in view of the ongoing ‘hype’ created by ‘dealers’ on the back of society elections slated for 24th April.
I had no plan of disposing it off at least until early 2017. However, my dealer is insisting that I take action at the existing rate of around Rs.2.6 million as ‘balloon’ may burst soon again since there is no substantial development work going on.
Dear friends are requested to kindly guide me if the ongoing rise in NFC-2 is artificial or expected to hold its ground in the times to come.

I have a 10 marla plot in NFC Phase 2 (Block G) which is valued around 33-ish lac. Would you recommend that I sell this off (immediately) and instead buy a 1 Kanal file in DHA Multan for around 32 lac? I'd imagine that this will be a better game to play in the longer run.

Can anyone please share some insight?
