Alhamdolilah I ve been successful in recent balloting of DHA Peshawar in 10 M Category. Just want to ask what should I do keep it or dispose it off...I can manage its installments with little difficulty....What would be its future in comparison to DHA Lahore....Any expert please enlighten.

Let me shake your hand as you are one of the very few who got a plot allocated.

Now should you keep it? Hell yes! You must know by now how much interest the market has towards DHA Peshawar. The prices are bound to go up. However, I am not sure about the land acquisition status or the management capabilities of DHA Peshawar.

Lastly, I would like to buy if you have intentions of selling??

if someone is telling facts here then it doesn't mean he is on payroll of that society.
NFC 2 has gained almost more than a million in last one month. This can be verified from market as well as from online rates.
Much more rise is expected in next few months.

Solid reasons:
1. The long dispute of society has been finally resolved among the parties, and high court has also cleared the society.
2. The long-due elections are on 24 April.
3. The society has sufficient funds to start development after elections.
4. The society is already semi-developed. Further development was stopped due to the dispute. Now since the dispute has been resolved, the development is expected to be resumed after elections.
5. The society has all the land and their is no fraud and litigation.
6. Location is excellent.

I am new to explore properties... many experts suggest upper cutting for some phase blocks... kindly give examples for upper cutting plots like in prism blocks A,B,C,J,P,N etc.

Keep Map Infront of You
There are 3 Rows of Blocks
A, B, C F Upper Cutting
H, E and D Middle Cutting
K N M R Lower Cutting

Insaide each Block Plots on North side are called Upper cutting of that Block And South side near or towards hadiara Darin is Lower Cutting. {example in H Block Plot No 1 is Upper Cutting 1370 is Lower Cutting of H Block]
Hence J Block has 3 Portions Upper Middle and Lower
R Block have 2 Porion Upper and lower
This is Only for For Prizm for other maps difference oreitation is used for example in phase 7 extreme east towards BRB Canal is Lower Cutting and Towards west is upper Cutting.
