I am overseas pakistani and have a one kanal plot in SL2. I was unaware of any application for alotment in SL1 from 1 kanal to 10 marla. Please let me know, all plots of SL2 will be aloted in SL1?. What will happen to those who have not applied. Your feedback is highly appreciated.

Possibility of price correction in Prism

I wanted to buy one more plot in prism. I already have a 1 kanal plot there but my agent asked me to delay it as he said some people have so many plots on hand that they won't be able to pay dev charges. He's saying there might be a slight correction in plot prices in Prism. Should I take his advice on delaying buying a plot now

Other phases are gone too high and DHA7 will be next to catch up with them.

Due to good rise in other phases prices of DHA NOW DHA 7 commercial plots files are looking very attractive and very under priced. If there is any correction in prices in other phases of DHA Lahore due to coming budget etc phase 7 prices will lose least as possession in very near so in future DHA7 will will keep attracting attracting new buying from people want who want to build houses here low budgets and also from investors that want to shield their investments from any correction in prices.
