phase 7 current situation
Respected experts,
Please guide me i have a possession one kanal plote in phase 7. But i want to construct a house in this year so there is almost no house is constructing in nearby my plot so i am going to buy a low budget kanal plot in phase 6 after selling my phase 7 plot.
Is it a right decision please guide me ????? :h

Block in 7? Block in 6? Price difference?
Unless you are in lower cutting of phase 7 it is not recommended as you will pay unecessary
However in case u want to move in housein one year then ok
Otherwise 6 and 7 are same like f and k block of phase 9

It is not worth it. Phase 7 is seeing gradual increase everyday. Will recommend keeping in phase 7 and delaying the house for 2 years if needed.

i think it is due to huge "Area Excluded" in block B.
if this area would have been developed perhaps Block B would have been on the top.

Hi, upon checking the Google maps /earth, there is no village, Land is empty, may be a court case, I am not sure if land is with DHA or not.

It is because this excluded area is not acquired yet. As u see it Is Inside the Prism boundary. Will be acquired in due course of time. I think Block B has huge potential.

A strange experience. I am searching for plot in range 80 to 90 lac in Block A, P or C done down payment for 6 plots and upon final checklist found dealer / agent backed away saying plot sold or increased his rate.

What has happened to Block not even single good location plot available for sales and rates increased by 3 to 4 lacs in 15 days.

Please comment and reason factors for it. Seems Prism has picked in big fashion..what factors behind

This is PRISM. When we Strike White light on Prism. Prism reflect this White light into 7 different colors of life. I make it easy for you. Prism is life Assest of most of people hard Earned Money. Prism is this white light while its different Colors are its Stake holders (Plot holders) It want comes down. It will goes up & up "In Shaa Allah". Its better to purchase on a price you are getting it instead of waiting.
Second Reason is that there are loads of loads of Activities a head in Prism. Already boundry wall get started . Development going to start in near Future. While LRR are on its way of approval soon. So get on the Train instead of loosing it.

I would advise to buy 10 marla on 80' road in C. That is also hot cake. Linked with 150' road coming from phase 5 M. Only 100 plots on that road. Few will be on sale. Now u can imagine gain. I saw one plot listed on LRE site near c1649. Demand is 60. Take it.

It is still a big question that DHA 9 will start from ring riad side or phase 6 and askari side all perceotion of prime blocks is based on bheer chall

Got an information that with the PentaSquare apartments construction, they will start underpass for M-block. This is the reason that in the market, demand of M block is going high and rates are going up. Rest Allah knows better. Awaiting for LRE team to update us exactly.

It is bit risky to enter Multan. If someone belongs to Lahore. I think it might take atleast 3 long years to get a good return from Multan file in case If your luck counts for a good plot in ballot. Other wise for short term i will not recomend it in any Case may cause you loss in short term. It is better to buy a R block plot in Prism its is very good investment for long as well as for Short term.
