I have been following price updates for quite a time on this forum, while the prices of all phases are on the increase but phase 6 is at stand still almost. while phase 8 which is a year away from possession and at least 8 years behind phase 6 has got more prices. is it not strange. the prime phase with golf course and dha office is not increasing in commensurate to its value. while the interchange to approach dha 8 proper is the same as of dha phase 6. the other one leads to dha commercial broadway. your views please

People will give u different estimates. But if you search any body who can look after these affairs 1600 to 1800 is total cost appx.per square feet. give some money to the person who look after these affairs and provide your own material to the builder and receive all receipts from supervisor. It can definitely will make some savings inshaAllah

2, what are the rates of architects and others before starting construction
3, what is the procedure in DHA and Bahria before i can start construction and how much it costs
4 Are you in favour of making a basement in 5 marla residential, what are the advantages and dis advantages
5, I am living abroad, if i make a contract for grey structure construction with someone, is there any way i can check the materiel and quality of work, do i need to hire someone for this ? if yes to whom ?
6, do i need to pay full amount in advance or in stages
