I am convinced and fully agreed with opinion, there is nothing like investing in DHA-9 for better result. Keep your plot regardless location. Apples are apples regardless difference in glow and shine. Each and every plot of Prism will give good return in coming time.

Ask Ahmed, he appears to be vakeel in this case. After every few days, this war starts between phase 7 and 9. This is simply useless, this topic has been discussed in detail, many times earlier. Both phases have their own pros and cons. The only difference is phase 7 is short term investment or for those who want to construct their homes now, whereas phase 9 is 5 to 8 years investment.

Example Bahria town is a best living place especially in lahore go on LDA site and check they warned people not to buy plot in new phases which are not approved by LDA.
