I am planning to buy one file of DHA Multan as most of the people and LRE is quoting that Balloting is within 6 months?
My question is How it is possible of balloting when DHA has only one kanal files floated in Market? no files of 5 marla, 10 marla etc. Kindly comment

I were reading the post related to formanite society on this site.i try to search that again but didnot able to find it again.Anyhow,i want to inform you that me and many friends like me were effectee of Formanite housing society.One of my friend got letter from NAB to present evidence of corruption and cheating which they made with people.NAB have issued letter to all the affectiee people on monthly basis,so my request from you to please go to NAB with documents and proofs so that their real image will be shown to people.

I don't know why people are getting worried about any litigation in DHA. This is not happening for the first time. This is all part of the game. For sure there is not going to be any impact on DHA (or phase 7 even). Be happy.

AoA, I have a 1K plot in Jasmin in Bahria Town Lahore. I bought it in Mar 2012 (3 and half years). It was transferred to my name in Mar 2012.

I was told there is Rs. 500 or Rs 700 per month security fee, as plot was available for construction.

1. Do you know if this fee has changed?

2. Also, is there is limit when I have to start construction?
