Dear experts, have a question, why is block A of NFC 2 considered as not good compared to other blocks whereas location wise, it is on the canal road on one end and on the Multan road on the other end, for me at least on the map, it looks like a pretty good location in terms of access. CMY Sb you are a U.S. Citizen. Why people like wide road plot , corner plot, in front of park etc. in Pakistan. These plots are more expensive than normal roads. Plots What is the logic. Please explain when you get chance. I think busy / wide road pollution should be less price ??????????????????????!????????????
