I request you to please share your insight and opinions on the newly ballotted SECTOR-B of PHA 9 Prism. Especially the two areas excluded from SECTOR-B. One is on the top and one in the middle (appr.)
What this excluded area actually is? In future is it going to be included through mini ballot or its alitigated area which will take a lot of time?

Practically speaking what is the difference between leasehold and freehold in lahore? If i buy plot in lahore cantt with 50 years remaining on lease is it as good as freehold? Is there a guarantee that lease will be renewed? If not how come people pay 2-3 crore per canal for the leases?
