Those who have plans to make home should think some on ground plot and not DHA-9 .. But those who wanted good return should concentrate on DHA-9. There is NO investment like DHA-9 in real estate Lahore even Pakistan return wise.

surely dha head office shifting To DHA Phase 6 makes impact on prices. You can say that after two years phase 5 and phase 6 prices will be equivalent or close to it.It will boost phase 7 as well. you will a lot of house construction activity in coming years due to reasonable price.
