DHA-8 was launched @ 45+10= 55 lac 2010 and if we calculate devaluation of Pak rupee and appreciation of real estate price, most probably and it is understandable DHA-9 plot will be launched in range around +- 80/90 lac including development charges.

That mean DHA-9 is still very good investment and there are high prospects in it to get reasonably high gain.

Rest Allah knows better.

Price would be around 70-85 as LRE says, as for development charges, I think if you decide to sell then you'll only have to pay installments that are due, the remaining will be paid by the buyer in due time. So 80-90 lac including development charges, yes but only installments that are due not the full amount which is suppose to be paid in three years time after balloting. Please correct me if I am wrong?

We cant say with surety when will dha do the draw of phase 9? DHA is right forum to ask this question. Our sources says that ballot will be held by the end of 2014 but nothing is confirmed until DHA announce officially. We will inform all of you if we have confirmed about DHA Phase 9 Ballot.

The current price of 5 marla in Dha town is at around 40 give or take, so my guess is Dha 9 proper would do the same if not more after balloting. Perhaps 5 marla has the highest profit margin ratio at current price. Infact it has a lot of room to give good returns even before balloting. Look at the price of Dha town 5 marla file.

This refers to views of 'Seven' at 06:34 am of 27 May (above), regarding liability of payment of left over installments at the time of sale. If I am not wrong, it is seller's responsibility to clear all DHA dues including outstanding installments before selling a file or a plot. I don't think provision exists for payment of left over installments by the buyer.

According to reports the service will be called Lahore Orange Line Metro Train, while the project will cost 1.6 billion dollars. The rain route will be 27.1 kilometer long.

Dear Hassan, what about a skill development institute with training in Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, Masonry etc etc... going to more advanced industrial skills at later stage? I think our basic issue is not education it is skill deficiency. But if you can work on both education and skills at low cost and target underprivileged ppl only, i think it will be a good idea. Ofcourse this is just an idea...but a detailed study will definitely help you here. Training and developing resources will help you as well as our country. You can train freelancers as well as use this resource to provide services to general public, commercial and upto industrial scale.
I will definitely work on this once back in Pakistan.

I would recommend you now same which I advised to my brother and he is making good money with residence. He bought 2Kanal land on Qasoor badya road in 11.5LAC and rest money to develop place. Bought cows and few goats. Now he has own car to commute as well MASHALLAH. He is also working. Find a place for you like this within budget but bit deep, nearest place or village where you can live quality life. I have seen many have home pultry farms and making good money. Use mind. Don't be afraid. I ve seen many European and American living in this life style. That worth for country as well.

I would also like to know the status of air avenue. I have two plots there with urban letters and Dha is not let doing anything for that. I do not know how long we have to wait.

I went to dhs last week and they told me that the issue at its final stage . I asked them about details but the refused and said they hv no permisions to say anything morethan this . I think it is at its last stage bcz prices r already so higj . So people hv information about it thats why theyr investing

Wait is about to end. After two or three weeks situation will be favourably positive. Also Air avenue management is contacting for remaining instalments. This is positive sign.

yes. i got a notive from air aveneu t clear my all pending merger fee . they said after 15th june they wil not responsible for any conviience .

aoa, from materialistic point of view in my opinion the options are:
1) comercial plot 4 marla in DHA Phase -9 proper,and for remaining
amount u can buy one 5 marla residential file either in Dha Phase-9
shohda town or in proper phase 9
2) Increase budget 15lac and buy 4 marla commercial file in dha ph 9
shohda town
3) buy one kanal plot on main buleward in LDA AVENEW -1 LAHORE AND SAVE
approx 2.5 million which can be invested for purchaase of 5 marla residential in dha ph 9
DEAR these are just planning figures based on rates in the markeet and potential of growth in the days to come
rest ALLAH KNOWS how much profit one can earn or loose
