In this budget you may have a 10 Marla plot in DHA Phase-7 which is also closer for possession. You can visit by yourself and see the development work there and their readiness.

By the name SKILLS is in gulberg plus Rosan are best which teach english and Islamic studies at par. My two daughters studied in Skills and my Nesses studied in Rosan. Alhamdulliah these girls pray regularly plus know Quran and lot of Aaits.

In DHA Phase 9 A, B, C & D Blocks are called DHA Town or Shuhda Town where develoment is in progress.DHA had allotted 5 and 10 marla plots to shudas of army and army personnel in dha phase 9. The Major ballot of phase 9 files is still due of 5,10 marla and one kanal files.

Presntly Phase 9 Extension location is disclosed by the dha manganement yet.

This is not Phase 9 Extension. DHA Town, basically a "Shuhda Town" was launched for the Shaheeds of Army. Its an area located with in Phase 9 at a prime location near Askari 11. More than 70 % of development work has already been completed and likely to be given possession in early time frame. This is the reason that prices of its file is much more than normal phase 9. A, B, C & D are already launched blocks with plot numbers. The development progress in these blocks is going on fast pace. Due to its prime location i-e; near Askari 11, its going to be one of the best one. Rest Allah Knows the best.

The solution is to become legal guardian of your children and to this effect take guardian certificate from the court. After then you can buy property in your children names and at the same time you will be guardian of your children also as well. This process is present in DHA I have confirmed it.
