Invest 95% in business of good investment like plot etc.. 5% give in some mosque with good faith.. your investment will double in 2-3 years.. no need to wait 5.. it works for me for my friends.. i hope it will for you as well.

Brother Islamic Pakistan gives sood to imf . IF your rulers are unislamic and you have no choice then invest in government issued bonds or buy land . But do invest your money somewhere and help your relatives and the poor .and after all that if you have spare cash give to the mosque or the mullah. Allah knows best.

Assalam o alaikum !

I need your sincere advise. I have 04 million PKR and i want to know that where should i invest them. Some people suggested about Dha phase 9 (10 marla) and some NFC 2 ( 1 kanal). I want safe investment.

Please mention that which is short term investment and which is long term ? Which would be more beneficient ?
All advises are highly appreciated , kindly give me sincere piece of advises.

phase 9 already has reached to highest for short term (37+10 dv), so do nt think it will increase .
but NFC 2 STILL has room to increase so i think it s better investment for short term.

Anyone planning to sell his Phase-9 file at this stage should know & take it for granted that its buyer would only be some property dealer and nobody else. Gradual price decrease is primarily a business manoeuver aimed at bringing the file holders to the point of its selling, so that these are again bought by the dealers who sold it few days ago. It is in the financial interest of all file holders not to take notice of temperory price devaluation & continue holding their files for sometime or atleast few weeks, if not few months.

It is not a bad decision to return and move back to your home country. Sooner or later, people realize it and do the same. But important point is to realize the culture differences and adjust to the ground realities as soon as you can. Find something that you want to do and put your energies and focus for that objective. Don't sweat about how bad this country is or what you could have done if you had stayed back. There are so much to do and it is full of people that you love in your life. So, take a deep breath, put your chin up and don't let anybody scare you about anything. You have as much right to live in this country as anybody else has. Live here like you own this country. That is how it is.

It all depends on one's attitude towards life. I know few ppl moved back and happy, I see others moved back and then packed up bags to move again out of Pakistan. I am moving next summer with my kids, leaving a very rewarding job for an unknown but I am happy and determined as my motives and intentions are right. I am sure Allah will reward me.
