Please change the min and max price range for DHA 6 and 7.
E.g..I blv In DHA 6 Min price of 1kanal plot is 72 and max is 135 lacs.
Similarly DHA 7-- min is 50lac and max is 85 lacs.

I have bought a 10 marla plot in Bahria Town with intention to house. However when I reached their office to gather the information I was informed that BT is charging 1,48000 Rs only to approve the Design , the cost of design is not included. Utilities charges of 80,000 is in addition to that. I want to get expert opinion from this forum that isnt BT charging too much for nothing and isnt it discouraging the construction activity of a middle class buyer.
