I am planning to built 10 marla double story with basement in Wapda town Lahore.Can any have an idea of the cost involve if using A grade material.
I need to have two bed rooms(attached bathrooms)along with dinning, sitting and kitichen on ground floor. First floor three bed rooms,kitchen and sitting. A servent room as well on the top roof.

Ok i have 90 lac and i was going to buy 1 pot in central park 1 kanal
1 kanal plot in nfc phase 2
And 2 ten m plots in bahria town rpd phase 8

Then build and sell on each plot over time
Is this a good idea as here in australia this is what i do but im not very up to date with pakistan realestate thank for any help

I have approximately 2.5 crore Rs. to invest and i prefer buying a commercial plot in DHA Lahore. Kindly suggest if DHA commercial Broadway (8 marla) can be purchased in this range as recently bank of punjab has sold such propoerties in same proce range through auction. If this is a good choice or its better to buy a 4 marla commerical plot in a smaller market area in developed phase 5/6 markets?
