It is confirmed that DHA-2 property has come up and keeping coming up. In Sector "B", the plot prices have gone up by 10-12 lacs of one Kanal plot. A 10 Marla in entire DHA-2 Proper is not available less than 40 Lacs.
The 5 Mala newly announced commercial plots are now selling at 60-80 Lacs of profit.

Cost effective plus green building material

Dear forum users,
i want to ask all of you regards Park Enclave.
I am overseas pakistani and this was the first time i
felt i could afford a plot in islamabad (as it was in installments).
But CDA has totally changed the scheme.
They promised 60% green area now it is about 25%
They changed the area and many plots are on other side of nullah including mine.
There were no 2 kanal plots but now the best area is for them.
The balloting may have been rigged as per some news.
They should have handed me the plot by now rather no work has been done.
When i contacted CDA and told them that i would withold payment of installments i was threatened that my plot will be cancelled.
What should i do?
should i go to court?
Please advise.
