CDA Islamabad

Many sectors announced by CDA Islamabad are stalled after announcements and after taking hard earned mony from working class and retired people. This is shamefull situation for the Capital of Pakistan.

Many CDA chairman came and there are many other big bellies sitting and eating, but, doing nothing for people. So many allotees died in a hope to get possession in announced sectors, but, CDA officials have no heart but, big bellies, taking under table bribes and doing frauds. Shame Shame Shame

How CDA can announce new sectors when they didn't develop long long waiting sectors, even Supreme Court of Pakistan has passed orders, but, no action been taken till date.

E-12 was announced in 1983 and till date no news and now CDA is trying to announce C-13, C-14, C-15 etc,

We should all protest on this wicked decisions of CDA.

I am thinking of Buying a grey Structure House in Bahria, My Question is if I leave it like this For Long time what will be implications.[ In form of any penalty etc from Bahria office]
It is necessary to Get Completion certificate From Bahria? Do they Give Compensation certificate to grey structure?
Is It possible to defer connection Like Water Gas Elect etc for Long period.
