You are exactly right about the status of valley as no body knows anything about DHA Valley; that includes the DHAI Support Centre as well. They keep repearing "All is Well" but dont come up with any real information. So the "Sighted Man" in your story is deaf & dum.It is from these little pieces of information that we share, we have to make the bigger picture ourself.
