It is expensive due to greed and incompetence of the sponsors especially the Potohar Builders whose track record is dubious. In their first commercial building (Bizon Plaza) in Islamabad F-11 sector, they played tricks with the tenants and cheated them. In the Silver Oaks the per sq ft cost being charged is around Rs. 8,000/- whereas super super A grade construction cannot exceed Rs.3,000/- per sq ft. This is a shear proof of their greed and incompetence.

I am living in saudi arab and I want to built a house in BT my plot size is 45 X 60 in phase 8. I want to construct a double strory house on ground 3 bed and top 2. I want to know what is the approximate cost of A class construction and is there any reliable builder who can build house on turnkey bases. The problem cited above often comes up as and when the the prices of a particular land substantially increase over the passage of time. The Qabza Group with the help of local Patwari look for the lands with ambiguous/mushtarka or unclear title-ship which are easy to manipulate in anybody's advantage.

First of all in this case, you need to have Gardawari report and then you will have to get the HADD BANDI done from revenue department (Tehsildar). The revenue department will mark or identify your legal share in mushtarka intikal by NISHADAHI. Now all the legal stake/share holder of this mustarka Intikal should also agree in writing in front of sub registrar that where and how much land is yours in this purticular land/intikal. Once agreed and identified, your share will be transferred/intikal in your name and hence an individual title ship will come into existence. Then you have to get your individual intikal registered in the office of sub registrar to be safe in future.

Dear, Sir I have bought land one begha in a common khewat/ khata(mushtarka khata) and have intikal in my name since 15 years,and cultivating in this plot since that time , but now another party is saying with proof of petwari that it is our plot ,how I can say that this plot is mine.I think that other party have bought some land of same khewat / khata.but they not have been cultivating this plot ,please explain me according to the law how I can real onwer of this plot,

Dear Brother, I need your sincere advise in this trouble.
I bought file in 2004 in Parkview for 1 Kanal, later it was balloted n given the allotment Letter of Plot in D Block n promised to handover the plot in 2 yrs time. Still, We didnt get any plot on ground. Theres Litigations in that area n Parkview could,nt acquire the land from locals.
Now after a long wait, DHA transferred plot in DHA 7, which is almost the same value as we bought in 2004. So almost 8 yrs gone waste, I was my hard hearted saving. I am really juggling now, wat to do..

So pls Advise, wat should I do in this trouble time.
