AoA I am an overseas Pakistani. I have DHA Homes two homes one in my name other in my father's name. I have cleared all installments of DHA Homes ISlamabad so far. Does the price increase mean I have to pay additional price?

Also, I cannot confirm it from the web. Can someone please share a link showing this announcement. thanks

DHAI is surly on the rise now. Wait now for at least 9 months when some Homes are delivered to the owners. This delivery will give a boost to the whatever valley is left to develop for DHA.
There are news that DHA will announce a brand new thing on Fateh Jang road and phase-3 also is being worked out. Being Bahria as controversial, what else is left there for investment in Islamabad/Rawalpindi. CDA ? Out of reach?
New Bahria Homes are now being booked at Rs. 60 Lacsn and fully booked.

AOA, I am posting these information to do my duty to spread the voice to be the part of good deeds in the month of holy Ramadan. In my village( a rural area of Khushab-Punjab) a School is being run in a rental building from Ghazali Education Trust where almost 125-kids are getting education----- GET is charging minimum fee to meet running expenditures and out 125 students 50% are free.
During my last visit I was happy to see kids performance while I was shocked to see the School condition, so I decided to built School where I was planning to built house for my family.
So far I have manage to build 5-feet foundation wall up-to the road level (100x100 feet) and structure of Six Rooms (100x16 feet covered area) from my personal sources. Now I am inviting you as I was invited from School to do your part and to contribute as much as you can in shape of money or material to:-

1:- Roof for almost 100x16 covered area
2:- Doors and windows for six rooms
3:- Boundary wall 240x5 feet
4:- 4-Bathrooms and water supply
5:- Plaster and basic finishing

I am sure you will understand the cause and will come up with constructed suggestions
