I am planning to start construction of my house. Contractor has given me an option of a cost plus type of contract in which he is proposing to charge 10% of cost as his charges. Since I am not aware of teh market, are these reasonalble and realistic rates considering taht contractor will not cheat and only claim what is due to him. Your valuable inputs are requested.

Multi professional is a tested housing society. They did really well in E-11 and delivered to the public. Based on their repute and performance one can say that investment in their projects (F-17 and B-17) is safe and offer a great potential.

You are right Javid sab. But now ‘time’ has become a critical factor for both investors and genuine buyers. In a reasonable time frame people want to see the outcome of their hard earned money invested in housing projects. CDA’s d-12, e-12 and g-13 are discouraging examples. On the other hand reliable private housing societies are providing alternatives to CDA. In fact CDA itself is going for joint projects with private parties. In a way CDA is giving a green signal as CDA did in E-11.

Although it is not property related discussion but i request LRE Team to allow me.
My Son is average student he has got 450 marks (science group) in Matric, he is studying in Educator School, Lahore. I need advise where can i take admission for him for better future for him. I know his marks are very less but is any way to put him in Engineering Line. I can affoard the fee/expenses as much as required. Secondly if i arrange admission in UAE here all good schools system is O A level, is it possible to change the system from Matric to A level, if yes can you please recommend good school in Dubai/Abu Dhabi.
