It is not part of DHA Lahore, There are many societies affiliated with army but not DHA
DHA Rahber [Rangers]
DHA EME Multan Road [Electro Mech Corps Still have affiliations]
AWT [army welfare town still have affiliations]
Fazaia [PAF but I think only namely]
Bahria [ Disowned by Pak Bahria soon after Launch but still carrying name]
All these are separate societies and have no connection with DHA Lahore.
I any doubt for XYZ..... remember DHA is only whose transfer procedure takes Place in DHA office Located Block Y Phase 3.

Fazaia is 100% PAF project. Up until few years ago, one had to go to PAF headquarters in Rawalpindi for plot transfer. Then plot transfer was shifted to a small PAF office near Lahore airpot. Now there is a PAF office onsite for transfers.

AoA Dear jameel,
Fazaia is 100 percennt PAF affiliated project, more than the DHA affiliated to Army coz DHA allows Civilins also for plots draws in addition to defence Officers. Whereas, PAF has bought land from land owners, developed and allotted to its personnel(officers and lower ranks)for the amount collected from them (of course on easy installments) and allowed them to sell after paying all the dues. Sir, let it be no confusion.

I have bought a plot in fazaia in december. I was in islamabad and have to go air headquarters to complete the transfer. There me and seller signed our agreement, our picture was taken.. and his allotment letter was cancelled in front of my eyes and 2 weeks after i received my allotment letter.

Anybody who can guide me what is the on going cost of 10 marla plot? what do you think is it a good option to buy a plot here in commoners town, i personally think it has far better location and development than DHA phase 2 extn and DHA valley.
I would request all who can advise to guide me if i am making a wring move.

DHA Rahbar is not part of proper DHA Lahore. But it is a save project run by Pakistan rangers. It is kept under watch of DHA Lahore at highest level. Transfers are held in Pakistan rangers head qtrs.

Bahria seems to be risky and controversial now.

can you please update of the reasons why Ex Commoners is not a good choice?
I personally think the development is same like dha 2 proper.
location is also the same, just on the other side of road.
and prices are nearly half of dha 2 proper.

I agree it will take 3 - 4 yrs for complete development or construction of houses. But in the budget of 3 -4 million you can get the best plot, while in 4 million you will get the near boundary or filled area plot in dha 2 proper?

what do you think?

You can get 10 Marla plot in A Block around 61 to 62 lacs but not around 5 Million but in this budget you can buy 10 Marla in L Block of DHA Phase 6 Lahore where you can start your tomorrow.In D block 10 marla plots are from 40 to 45 depending on locaton but possession is not available yet. If you are interested we can arrange plot for you.

During this time of year before and after budget market is always very slow. DHA downside risk is 2 lacs. Upside in next 6 month it could see 30 to 32 lacs. Before end of Ramadan DHA 9 files trading will slow but end week of Ramadan it should see lots of buying.
