I worked in Pakistan about 10 years and tax was being deducted from Salary, I have NTN number and I filed tax returns for only 2-3 years but paid tax about 10 years from salary now I dont have any record for tax I paid during 10 years. Now I have to buy a plot in DHA I know tax department or other agencies will investigate from where I got money and did I paid tax.
I am working in abroad and not in Pakistan since 2006 even that time I could not inform or file a return for last 6 years.
Can someone please help and guide me how I can deal with this situation while I paid tax for 10 years and for last 6 years I am not in Paskitan.

When you transfer the money through legal channels (Banks) in Pakistan, Its a proof that you earned this money outside Pakistan. A Salary certificate from your employer abroad should be enough proof in worst case scenario.

as long as remittance is from outside pakistan coming into pakistan, govt. of pakistan do not ask ur source of income in other country. so do not worry if ur bank record shows that account balance amount is as result of remittance from overseas.

According to the law, you cannot be questioned on the source of income of foreign remmittance. For the past years, when you were a salaried employee, your employer must have deposited tax deducted from your salary and given you a certificate. If you have lost that certificate, your employer may still have some trail. Dont worry too much, the problem doesnt appear to be a big one in your case.

I am also living abroad since last 9 years, but in my case I bought one DHA plot in 2009 and took money from my frind in Pakistan. Later I paid his money to someone in abroad on his behalf.
In 2011 I sold this plot. and bought another property with this money. Is there any complication in my case, what I need to do so to avoid any problem, since I didnt send money to my bank account in Pakistan.

Guys as long as you proof of residence and income abroad e.g. Salary certificate, NICOP and your passport etc. you are safe ... these laws are ment to catch smuglers not working oversears pakistanis!

A general question for my friends in the property industry:

The prices of DHA Phase 8 saw a rise due to development etc. Is this the right time to buy a plot or should we wait a little?

in my opinion at this moment phase 8 prices are inflated.

Reasons –
1- nothing on ground, no possession and rates are touching to 9 million like in W
2- Phase 8 (Ex-park-view) with possession and excellent work, populated i.e. average 01-02 houses construction starting per week. where good plot is available in 7.5-9 million and excellent in 9-10 million.
3- Next 3-5 years wait and then for populating next 5 years.
4- The prices must be 20% decreased in phase 8 to channelize market or vice versa surrounding prices must be 20% higher like phase 8 Ex-Park-view and phase 6

I think you are refereeing the Network Marketing Business to Ponzi schemes which are in abundant around the world. Like Gold quest, GMI etc.
A Ponzi scheme is a fraudulent investment operation that pays returns to its investors from their own money or the money paid by subsequent investors, rather than from profit earned by the individual or organization running the operation. The Ponzi scheme usually entices new investors by offering higher returns than other investments, in the form of short-term returns that are either abnormally high or unusually consistent. Perpetuation of the high returns requires an ever-increasing flow of money from new investors to keep the scheme going.
The system is destined to collapse because the earnings, if any, are less than the payments to investors. Usually, the scheme is interrupted by legal authorities before it collapses because a Ponzi scheme is suspected or because the promoter is selling unregistered securities. Where you invest a small amount initially and do the marketing for them and make members under you and subsequently will be rewarded.....
Please don’t fall prey for them.

Dear Ahmad, Phase 6 is populated to an extent and getting populated very rapidly. There are commercial buildings being constructed very rapidly in CCA and MB; there already are two banks on the commercial plots. In my opinion, development of a phase takes years and so will Phase 8 development ( at least 7 to 8 years after development begins) especially if you see topography of the area.

DHA Phase 6 is being populated very fast. You can see after one/two years Phase-6 B,C,H Blocks will be Defence in side the Defence.

This word that you have written as "LENTER" is a disfigured form of the word "LINTEL". RC construction mainly consists of beams & slabs although there are other members as well."LINTEL" is a beam that is provided exclusively over an opening in the wall e.g doors & windows. This "LINTEL" is mis-spelt as LENTER & is wrongly used for any RC roof.
