I'm also Lahori but living in Europe.
As i observerd the best PLACE TO BE....is... MY PAKISTAN.Alhamdulillah done & doing great business but even than i regret why did i not start my struggle in Immobolian/real estate business.
I did and got great benefits in immo,Alhamdulillah, but great losses in other businesses.
As I know the trend of different famous cities of Germany, Holland, Belgium, France etc the prices of property didn't fall. Yes those stayed in few areas but not fell. European people too are regreting why did they put their savings in bank fix deposit schemes, why did they not buy immobilian property or gold.
That's why the property prices didn't fall even in this crises period.
Surely property is not just only one business to be good.E.g;Import & export is also one of the best and blessed.
Just property business as revealed by name....REAL ESTATE....or...IMMOBILIAN......is not moveable thats why provides more security.
Secondly it is concerned with population, so it rises so long population rises.
Of course our Pakistan is one of the best and beautiful places on earth and we the Pakistani are also top holders in each field in the world Alhamdulillah.
But why we are losing or depressed;;;;its just because of lack of our IMAN/FAITH in Allah Rabul Allameen.
I just say to buyers and investors in each case they will gain profit Insha ALLAH but quite possible they have to wait for few years longer. Profit and Loss is in the hands of Allah.
So buy or sell with 100% faith that i know nothing but Allah is QULI SHA in ALEEM.
I think, Rest ALLAH KNOWS THE BEST, the price of each 1k plot will touch minimumly 150 lacs in next 10 years, depending on population rate. And if our beloved Pakistan 's situation becomes stable then u forget to buy less than 300 lacs in next 10 years.
At the end i like to tell to all my bro & sis, its my vision , nobody is obliged to agree with me.
