After purchasing a single story (Ground floor) house is there any restriction that later we cannot built another story on top of it (First floor).

First of congratulations to all DHA phase 5 ext file holders. Once again the news fro LRE team proved to be absolute perfect.

Even though, I did not have the file but i am interested to buy the plot in DHA phase 5 ext. What could be the price range ofcourse, it will depend on the location and development charges.

any idea. I just believed the people that someone should buy a plot rather a file to avoid long waiting times.
