Sabzazar plots auction on Dec 15, 2011

Lahore :Auction of four commercial and 32 residential plots of Sabzazar Housing Scheme will be held on December 15.
According to a press release issued here on Saturday, the Lahore Development Authority will auction more 26 commercial plots, situated in various housing schemes of LDA on December 19, 2011. Public utility sites reserved for setting up schools, dispensaries as well as community centers in the approved private housing schemes will also be auctioned on this occasion.
The commercial plots which would be auctioned are situated in Johar Town, Model Town extension, Allama Iqbal Town, Tajpura, Mustafa Town, Gujjar Pura and Quaid-e-Azam Town.
Detailed information about the location, area and terms and conditions of auctions of plots can be obtained from Deputy Director, Sales and Allotment, LDA.
The auction will be held in the LDA Community Centre, 239-A, New Muslim Town, Lahore and the proceedings will start at 10.00 am on both the dates. All prospective the bidders will have to deposit the earnest money for participating in the auction of every plot.
