Asalam O Alaikum,

I want to know if a plot in an LDA scheme can be divided into two separate/independent plots?

Is it possible that 6.5 marla plot is divided into two plots of 1.5 marla and 5 marla? Will there by any issue/complications with selling/buying such plot(s)?

If that 1.5 marla plot is adjacent to my house, can it be considered as a part of my property on buying?

Any help will be highly appreciated.

DHA Homes are supposed to be where "Rose"is written?
Homes are at the mouth of Valley not at the end of it?

Mr AKJ, my brother has a plot is LAVENDER Block, and he got the plot as DHA Valley (not overseas). I applied for overseas Block in DHA Valley. I am curious to know where is the Overseas Block in DHA Valley. Thanks.

mr. nadeen who applied from overseas in dha valley they got plot in bogon viela, mongolian and sunflower blocks only. dhai fixed these blocks for overseas, there is no any separate area for overseas except these three blocks. if anybody have plot in these three blocks means he applied from overseas. these blocks are marked dark red in the map.

i think that DHA management has changed the plan to uplift the valley , as they have changed the plan , in the start they placed the DHA homes in middle of valley but now they distributed the DHA homes in oleander and lilly block, like wise they distributed the overseas block in sunflower, boganvila and mognolia, so as to increase the market value of area and to reduce the pressure from overseas and DHA homes commounity.i know the people who have plots in theses blocks and they didnt apply on overseas quota, so wt u think that DHA will move them to some other blocks?
the actual thing is possession of developed blocks. now see wt they are going to offer it ?

so congrates tp the holders of Sunflower, Bogenvelia, magnolia, Oleander.people having plots in these blocks plz plz dnt sell ur plots at minus , wait for few months. they will be ready and offer very soon

Investment property strategy

I would like to have a healthy debate on what is good strategy in term's of Pakistan property market now a days.

Know that our father's typically would buy and then ideally hold property for rest of their life and focus is to always buy and regardless of price movement hold it, until and unless if one is real need.

However, things may be changing in this day and age, e.g. I had purchased a 5 marla plot for 600 K, now I am getting around 850 K (after 2 years)

Similar I had purchased a shop for 2 million, now it is ready and I may get around 2.6 - .8 million,

Behind an overseas Pakistani I do lose on currency devaluation but trying to understand the market trends and hear from experts it is better to hold property in this case or should I take profit sell it and look for new investments?

I am overseas Pakistan and have lands in punjab, after my father passed away in 2007 (May Allah Bless him with Jannat) most of property were transferred to children name

However some of his property is still jointly shared by his brothers and other relatives,
