I have plot in Parkview DHA 8 Lahore, it was converted from File back in 2004. I recently visited lahore, and visited Park view office for posession, Amazed to know, this plot is still enchroched. means nt yet under the possession of DHA yet. they told me, it could take years to get the possession.

Wat should I do in this situation, I had dream to build my house there, which does seem to be become true any sooner.

LDA Plot Transfer

Hello,
I need some advise. My father has a plot in LDA but its under litigation for ages and God knows how long it is gonna take to resolve. As my father is old he wants to transfer that plot on my name. I need an advise that what are the steps do we need to take to transfer that property.

So far we have never seen that plot neither LDA has given possession of that property and it only exists in LDA files. :)

I have heard that Army is going to build apartments for their officers in Lahore instead of SD houses after Askari 11 (phase 5 Ext) due to shortage of land. i am asking time to time that question from CMY but he is avoiding to reply. may be because of BT sector C. i think PAEC will overshadow BT sctor C in a year time because of direct access from MULTAN road(which has shorter distance from thokar niaz baig).

i have a plot in Oleander block , cornor , 8 M , i actually invested with future point of view, but now want to build house so any hope to get plot within next 2 years ?
boz place is good , moreover the proposed site for dam is near bluebell, daisy and eglantine, so in my openion the oleander, bogenvella , daffodils , lily sectors close to DHA homes are less likely to be affected if the dam project is initited. kindly update. thanks
