You suggested yesterday in your response to someone's question that prices of new balloted commercial plots of dha phase 8 CCA1 and CCA2 are being manipulated by certain brokers but you have not suggested this about the phase 6 commercial plots or phase 9 residential plots or all other freshly balloted plots! Could you please explain this? Why are the prices of only dha phase 8 cca1 and cca2 being manipulated ?

I have around 60 lakh for investment. i am thinking to invest in DHA. Dont want phase 7. phase 6 in this money may not catch a good location.
So one option is to buy in phase 8 or invest in pahse 9. Money will be invested for about 5 years.
Kindly give openion. can such amount buy a good location plot in phase 8? what blocks are best in phase 8.
I will be visiting pakistan in november of this year.

Please help if you can guide that i have one plot for making restaurant from last year...Do i have to pay Zakat on this? more over what value of my business stock i have to pay zakat ? my wholesale value or the retail value? Third and last question is...Zakat is payable on rental income of the properties and what if i am paying tax to govt on my rental income? can i deduct govt paid tax from the rental income? Some body told me that there is no zakat on diamonds? is it true?

Today I was reviewing the constructed parts of LRR and I am totally shocked because before I had visited the site and was under the impression that LRR has been completed to a large extent but shockingly there is a very big gap between the Airport section and the Phase 6 section which leads me to believe, what or even why is this interchange even important, with out connecting to the rest of LRR this is just a huge structure obstructing the path to Phase 6. on the opposite side it goes to phase 4, sui gas, which already had access from existing roads, so plainly I don't understand the big fus over this interchange.

Now the problem is the giunja hakoomat will go in 1.5 years and I don't think they will be coming back any time soon at least not for the next 5-7 years and right now they are out of funds so :o bad bad. The same goes for the people expecting huge returns when LRR hits Bahria Town Lahore, :) this aint happening for the next 10 years for sure.
