In my last visit to pakistan almost a month back. I visited the society. Work is going on a fast pace. You can see society is getting shape day be day. It is good but only problem distance and from ferozepur road you have to take left and go inside 600 meters (approx.) to reach to the main gate of bahria nasheman.

Comments related to State-Life and Formanites are as follows:-
State Life and Formanites are situated close to DHA Phase-IV. Whereas, DHA Phase-9 is located beyond SL-Phase II and Formanites, This would give problems to DHA related to the link roads and pheripery roads between Phase-9 and Phase -IV. Thats the main reason that State Life and Formanites would merge in DHA in Near Future.

The size & asked unit cost of this property can attract only those who have handsome funds available in cash & there are , in fact, not many buyers with this option with them. So, dealers/owners need patience.
Further repeated posting is counter productive because it creats doubts about the property or a false impression of the financial needs of the seller & either drives the genuine buyers away or results into lower unit rates offered by the buyers.

Dear NOUMAN:

I think no body will able to give you precise idea about buying a house in 22Lacs. Although i am sure its possible to have one within your budget but possibly it will be 3-4 merla house. You have to go to PAKISTAN, spend some time in searching of house, talk to different real estate people and get it ( preferably 3-5 years old constructed house). I can understand your situation (impossible to construct a house if you are not present at site) as i am also working in UAE and had same problem. Eventually i bought a ready-made newly constructed house and spending monthly almost 3-4 thousands ( as an average) for repairing/maintenance purpose. Builder has really used B grade material just to save as max. as possible.

Thanks all for your vaulable time and suggestions.

Distance is not an issue. As I mentioned in my earlier posts, I am ready to go on Multan Road or Raiwind road. The amount mentioned is within hand, I can arrange more if you could please lay down the prices area-wise or guide me where should I go online to see updated price list range of 05 Marla houses in Lahore.
I'll be coming for a week to Pakistan somewhere in June. I want to have the visit more fruitful by getting the market idea earlier on and arranging money in advance.

B 17 is good scheme and longterm and trusted cooperative company, you check status of this society on cda web site(www.cda.gov.pk), and also cheapest price, in future after completion of airport, price will be rise.

Prices of B-17 are going up. Best option for investment and ideal place to live. And supreme court decision will not affect prices of B-17. Gas supply is going to be inaugurated at 28th may. Other basic facilities are already available. Sector is ready to live.
