Can you please tell me the rate i should get from this location.? the plot can be used as commercial by making shops on front as this road has become commercial and also can be built as portions for residence purposes. its location and size is very good. i have contacted some dealers in the area but they are not offering good price. please let me have your king opinion and guidance.

These are old houses and prices depend upon state of House and if recent good renovation done or not.
Hence Prices vary from 80 to 95

I got the letter from Income Tax department to show / proof the way of income to get about my Phase-8 plot. Is any one face such issue. I need your assistance that what should I do.

Do I have to visit the Income Tax Department and show them the proof of my Salary / Income / Bank Statement or What.

I am totally confused and need assistance of other members in detail.
