Shangrilla Bakers moved from that round about to Mall Shopping Plaza, the same shopping plaza in which these shops are for sale. Shangrilla Bakers is about 10 shops aways from the shops that are being sold. Also, Shangrilla Bakers has the exact same arrangement. 3 shops are combined together to make one Shangrilla Bakers same as the one being sold.

Give some of the money to poor / needy people and Allah will give you 10 times the amount you will spend (Best investment in short or long term meaning - Hazrat Usman Ghani R.A. did the same). Rest of the money keep for your children (as investment, as you like) and again Allah will give you 10 times more (as this is Halal income and you are spending on your family, as per Allah's order)

- If you can start business / partnership with some trusted one, you can earn more as compare to keeping investment money in idle condition. BUT if this not feasible, then for sure, rightly selected property is the safe and best investment.

Which expressway ? i dont see any construction of express there. Already zeropoin took more than 2 years and still not finished, . I highly doubt that something that is not even started, can be completed in 1 year.

Rajput Town is not worth making one cror House, even if you get Plot plot 2 Lac Cheaper. Construction will cost is 65 Lac every where. Go there only if there is some special personal reason.
Neighborhood can be changed by spending few exra lacs on your home.

Yes i commend wajahat he is right in his analysis. The land is still comparitively cheeper there. it is worth living if some body has no problem for children education or other related matters. but i have read two weeks ago in newspapers that that Tehsil administration of murree has declared all societyies illegal falling in their territory limit. can somebody shed light on this.

I looked for 10 Merla and Kanal house in phase 1 to 4 and I confirm that most of the prices are similar or may be only 10% Less.
Just to share the experience which other seldom share I discovered in My Visit to pak about 4 months back

A Solid House of Kanal was in phase 1 demand 125 was only three bed was me in hut style may be dream house for owner but did not suit me.
Another Owner built house was also available in similar price but was lot more used may be 20 ys old. Phase 1.
!0 Merla houses in Phase 1 Mostly P Block were 75 to 80 one well construcated House was near a village exit.
In phase 3 I found one very reasonable renovated house in 85 [10 merla] Some new houses on Graveyard side were also available in 85 to 90.
Another beautiful one Kanal house in GG Block Phase 4 about 8 ys Old was available in 130 But I was not satisfied as there was texture paint everywhere so genuine condition was difficult to confirm. As a matter of fact I visited this house 3,4 times and was about to purchase.
Minimum price was of a house in phase 1 p block one in 67 single story but needs to demolish, similar house was in phase 4 EE Block in 75 EE Block 3 bed but lots of damp and Bath room leakage of top floor, was for complete demolition. Both houses and locality one 10 Merla houses in Phase 1 and 2 was pathetic not a all impressive. DHA was not visible any where. Phase 3 and 4 was lot better.
The above of Course were best prices there were lot more on unrealistic prices.

Brother Asad, I am owner of properties in Anchorage since ninties. This is developped nicely and for long period of time but things move at snail space there. So are the prices appreciation. There are few drawbacks which will not let the prices go up in near future i.e.
1- It is located away from Islamqabad highway
2- Living facilities are scares
3- Security is shambles
4- It is isolated

Therefore it will take minmum 5 to maximum of 10 years to be fully platable.
