Please confirm that any brother / sister get there 5 Marla plot number by entering the CNIC to the pop up window on DHA lahore web site?

I have my cooleagues and they try CNIC with deshes & without deshes, it shows immediatelly, "Sorry Unsuccessful". We would like to know if the all results are uploaded by DHA?

I do not know about 2nd question but i know one person who asked me to check his status and he got 5M in Y block. As CMY has already told that 5M plots are very less in number so sucess rate will also be less.

Yes we have also had a few successful 5 marla entries also verified by DHA web link. Probaility of success in getting 5, 8 and 10 marla is quite low.

Please also note that sometimes there is confusion about placement of "-" in CNIC and NICOP (Overseas Pakistanis ID card in English) numbers. We wish that DHA make provision to trim spaces, "-" etc. and just do the search on digits by trimming non-digits from their ID data. This will avoid many confusions and will help many. No matter how the ID number is entered their programmers should program the ballot results PHP so that only digits are searched against only digits in their ID column. It is quite an easy thing to do for programmers but can be very helpful for many. It will also avoid any ambiguities due to typing errors of "-" position from either side.

We also wish that DHA post ballot results in their office sorted by ID numbers instead of Plot numbers. Right now one has to go through whole list or category to find out if his/her ID has been successful i.e. matched with a plot number or not. This is a pain especially for some 4000+ one kanal plots and it is unnecessary waste of time for thousands of people visiting DHA office to see results. Not everyone has access to or is used to internet/websites.

What is the price range of CORNER plots in X Block?
Like X34, X35, X57, X58, X91, X92, X139, X177, X178, X209, X210, X477, X478, X479, X529, X543, X547, X561, X571, X710, X807, X808, X834, X850, X874, X875, X895, X914, X924, X925, X932, X958, X977, X1042 and X1181 in DHA phase 8, most of these plots are close to "<B><I>Small Greean Parks</I></B>".

don't exactly know the transfer charges (no registry as it is LDA scheme). however, sad to say that they might ask u unofficial 25000/- or more for no reason ----- just for processing ur case. One of my friend bought a 5M house in sabzazar scheme which is LDA scheme and all formalities, charges/fees were completed/paid BUT concerned officials said rs.25,000/- are fixed charges u have to pay to get ur file processed..... and my friend paid the same, no PR successful......
i had to pay rs.4000/- just to get the correct/valid/legal construction plan approved for 10M house in addition to all the official charges. (they said it is 8,000/- for 1-kanal).

i would recommend u to post on this forum if they DO NOT ask u to pay extra charges, just for the sake of GOOD FEELING.

There is trasfer fee that is fixed as per area & rigistry fee acording to the value up to May and also 10% tax after june, so try to do the deal before june .It is Lda scheeme but you must check record from lda office.

I just talked to DHA, they told me results will be avaliable on the web site after 2PM (Pakistan Time).................

overall saudi is economical in terms of cost of living vs other gulf states like Qatar, Dubai etc.

I am in Qatar and schooling is 1 to 1.5 K Qatari riyal in decent british or international schools.

What is the plot number you have and in which sector of I-12.(I-12/1, 2, 3 OR 4)))))? And what is the scope of this sector? I think its a long way to reach destination.........

As far i know a bit about I-11, i think cda will develop i-12 after i-11. and no good news yet for i-11.So how can someone think of i-12.

I think no need to dump al the money of a person hardly earned to be spend for a long time and better to spend in d-12.where alomost work is done.
