You perhaps know that one lot of I think about 200 villas was balloted way back. Once I was in that area last year that some more were under construction. In fact the floor/foundation pads were being cast. I think it should take at least two years to complete them. So Mr. Sajjad may be right. Those were not very far from the one already built.

To be fair, please add that these flats can not be transferred and are only available on Power of Attorney. And all transfer as as when happens has to be approved by GHQ/Rawalpindi.If by them that time the signatory of POA dies it becomes a useless paper. So the purchaser has all the risk of his/her money. The inheritors are not bound by that POA. The argument that you have all the inheritors sign the POA is also meaningless because the Buyer do not know who all the inheritors are?

So the BUYER must be told about this fact clearly.

These houses are now open for transfers. and about the death of owner and remaining transfer payments etc keep in mind that transfers are open and buyer can pay when owner signs on transfer papers and GHQ approves transfers.its not a big deal in my view. im pretty fair and transparent.

Sorry To say,but quality of construction is extremely poor for that sum of money,Location is great but construction is B(-) class.My sister lives there,safety and location is excellent but the actual house quality is poor,constant swepage,poor wood work,poor quality material with cracks appearing in 2 yrs old house.
If you buy a plot for 10 marla for 45lac in DHA ph 5 u can do a good quality construction for 35 lacs of your own choice,and still save 15 lacs.with no hassle of transfer and a full piece of mind.
The army contractors have done there job as usual FWO ype build.
But map and floor plans are good.
My personal opinion.

future. Please keep in mind minor changes will be made by DHA in V X or W block
only mostly where pockets of land are not yet in hands of DHA . Those pockets

It seems that many Nos. are not in sequence in P block and some Nos are even not shown e.g. No. P - 416,417,418,419,420,421 etc. while 422 is shown. So where these Nos. have been disappeared. May be these Nos. have been re-located (with old No. and new No. ). If totally are taken out then which area DHA will provide against these plots. Could you please give details.

Dha cant have missing numbers in any sector..? How can you have a sector with 20 / 30 numbers missing then in the 200's and then again in the 300's and then again in the 400's..That just doesnt make sense..They have to have numbers in sequence. I think there were less than 700 numbers in the original map of phase 7 p block and your new map has well over 700 numbers> It could be those plots have been relocated in the places where your map shows plot numbers above the original total number of plots..??

Dear CMY

What is the logic to attest CNIC or NICOP as it says in application form that these two cards must be attested. Who will attest these cards is not mentioned in application but I assume pakistani consulates abroad. Besides in terms and conditions they mentioned about passport copy as well.
DHA is troubling overseas pakistanis about this attestation as overseas pakistanis live far from Pakistani consulates or missions abroad and it is very difficult for them to take off from their jobs and travel all the way to pakistani consulates to get attestation of CNIC or NICOP.It involves a full day.
Was it not simple for DHA to ask overseas pakistanis to just attach only a copy of the passport plus photographs afterall these passports are issued by the govt.of pakistan whether issued in pakistan or abroad.
Kindly guide us in this regards

Any news about LDA avenue-1. It seems as if LDA is in deep sleep again regarding LDA ave. 1
What a shame on the part of LDA that despite taking all payments from 11000 applicants since more than 8 years LDA has not been able to develop LDA ave.1
This delay has affected 11000 families. Why is Mr. Amer Mahmoud or CM Mr. Shahbaz Sharif not doing any thing in this regards.

There is random matching of file numbers and plot numbers.Both files are likely to have plot on separate location.

In case of installments plots there will be random matching of NIC nummbers and plot numbers.
