Start of cobstruction work for CATB overseas enclave

yesterday i visted the BT sector C. now they have started again constuction of roads behind tulib block mini golf course and in janiper block. only a small portion is being developed. there is good news for cat B overseas file holders. The constuction is being done adjacent to janiper block towards canal. I talked some persons of BT there. they told that they are trying to purchase land till canal. I think if its a success then the cat B and Janiper block will get anotehr entrance in BT sector C and then cat B will be more valuable. They are making footbaths etc there in cat B area. For janiper electicpoles have been erected butstill no cables. The main mosqe basic structure have been completed alot and its a real beautifull scen to see when it will be completed. Sector B is now really flooded with houses and every where new construction is going on. Now i feel BT is a bit alive again. IF malik riaz keep this pace inthree or four month janiper tulip and cat B area could be finally developed.

Sector D-12 Islamabad and Its Actual Status

Few days back chairman CDA announced that a possession ( partial D-12/1&3 ) of sector D-12 will be by the end of January 2010 and remaining sector will be handed over few months later. A big ceremony is being asked to arrange and PM will announce this big news. It was PPP who launched this sector in 1989 and it will be a credit to PPP government handing over the possession :cl
PML Nawaz and Mushrif governments could not announced any more sector and neither developed this long time due sector. MPL announced F-12 and 13 for overseas Pakistani’s but fail due to high prices
I will appreciate if an expert of Islamabad can shed some light on chairman’s statement and confirm the current status of sector D-12 its prospects and value in coming days.

I need help from Gurus of this site regarding selection of ceramic floor tiles for bed and bathrooms.
There are many local brands like Master, Sonex, Stiles etc and there are also some made in China tiles available in market.Please guide me as I have no prevoius experience of buying tiles. Sonex tiles seems to favour my pocket very well. has any body expereince with Sonex tiles and is there chance of tiles loosing color, tecture or shape after years of use. Please help!
