• Red: It is impossible to see the crescent from the areas located under the red color. Because either the Moon on this day sets before the Sunset and/or the topocentric conjunction occurs after the Sunset.
• White: The crescent can not be seen from uncolored areas, even though the Moon sets in these locations after the Sunset and the topocentric conjunction occurs before the Sunset, but the Moon is not sufficiently illuminated in order to be seen as crescent even by optical aid.
• Blue: The crescent is expected to be seen by optical aid only from the areas located under the blue color.
• Magenta: The crescent is expected to be seen by optical aid from the areas located under the magenta color. In these areas the crescent could be seen by naked eye if the atmospheric conditions are superb and the observer is experienced.
• Green: The crescent is expected to be easily visible by naked eye from the areas located under the green color.

I want to purchase a plot in Phase III preferably on a corner with river front. I will also be grateful if some experts tell me what would be the price range. It should be 250 sq.yd.

That place is beautiful but when I went to visit, it was raining so could'nt feel it, some people say that there is bad smell coming from the river or the sewage treatment plant in the bon cor block?

Advises are appreciated. If anybody got a plot there for sale please post here. Thanks

P.S: I thought it was easy for overseas pakistanis to find a genuine seller and easy to find a plot to purchase especially of Bahria Town through this website. But it seems like this website is not visited by many real plot owners. Regretfully this is the third time I am reapting this ad with no useful response.
