DHA-2 Extension Premier Villas: How long could the installment be dela

CMY Sahib,

Can you please tell me that how long DHAI waits for the due installment before a villa gets cancelled?

I am asking about the DHA premier villas (05 Marla & 08 Marla), recently allotted in DHA-2 Extension and now the 2nd installment has already been due since 1st April-09.

Cabinet Division E16 Plot for Sale

My demand is Rs.850,000/- excluding development charges. 2 installments for the dev. charges (Rs.100,000/-) are already paid.

It is requested to Mr. CMY to add modern & Nice Pakistani style house plans and designs. Surely it will help many. Coz searching for the same in Google or other search engines, just western designs can be seen which do not suit Pakistani environment.

In fact this is a very good suggestion. If some architects are engaged to post their designs for sale it will help many people.

You have uploaded constructed houses for sale whereas we have suggested to upload Pakistani style modern architectural floor plans of different standard plot sizes. ( 25*50 , 30*60 , 35*70 ,40*80 , 50*90 etc ) Every body in Pakistan or abroad cannot afford a house built on one or two kanals. Many people build their houses in instalments.Let them first buy a nice floor plan and then step by step build their house. Isn't a nice idea ?

I would like to share a short story with all the participants of this site . Recently I met a guy who was born and brought up in UK in a family migrated from Pakistan a long while ago . I was amazed to hear his views about different aspects of life . He wouldn`t buy a house on mortgage as paying interest is Haram , but he wouldn`t mind drinking and have no qualms in having an intimate relationship with Eastern Europeans women .
Since I met this guy I was perplexed with the contradictions in his personality . I still couldn`t come to terms with this enigma .

Then I decided to look around and saw an equally puzzling question , the Talebans . I was born and brought up in Pakistan and know a lot about these people . Let`s discuss their trade since the tribal areas became part of Pakistan : drug trafficking , human trafficking , illegal trade of guns , smuggling in general . Most of the ring leaders of criminal gangs live in tribal areas . All the cars and other valuables stolen from mainland Pakistan end up in tribal areas . You name any heinous crime and findings has always been that these people are behind it . Yet these talebans want to lead their lives according to Shariah . Don`t tell me that poverty forced them to their way of living . After all they are walking around with the most sophisticated weaponary , which cost a fortune , which most of the law enforcement agencies in Pakistan could not get .

Sickening thing is that some of our political leaders find it hard to condemn their crimes . In fact they are supporting them by not raising their voices against them . Take an example of Imran Khan , Sharif brothers and Qazi Hussain Ahmad , they blame security lapse , Musharraf , America , establishment and find any other excuse not to condemned them . We have seen only glimpses of what to come , if the people of my motherland don`t stand up against these evil forces they are going to destroy the whole country . Allah Taalah help the people of Pakistan and give them courage and clarity of thinking to see these peoples evil designs.

as far as turn-key solution is considered it needs to be written down in very much detail...... it very rightly replied by someone that DO NOT go for it. its in ur interest to buy the material ur-self. However, i do personally know two very reliable and TRUSTWORTHY contractors in lahore with whom i will deal if i ever want to get the job done on turn-key basis. anyhow, rate depends on type of material to be used ranging from Rs.1100 per sq.ft.
